Breast Cancer Awareness Night

On Saturday, Oct. 18, the Chicago Wolves hosted Breast Cancer Awareness Night, presented by Northwest Community Healthcare. The Wolves asked fans to join the coaches, players and staff in wearing pink attire in a show of solidarity in the fight against this all-too-common disease. #getchecked

During the month of October, “Stick It To Breast Cancer” shirts, sweatshirts, and autographed pucks were available online and in-arena for a donation to support the cause. If you are still interested in purchasing a puck, signed by Colin Fraser and Shane Harper, or a shirt, please contact Camille Colletti at

The players also used special pink sticks throughout the entire month that fans were able to purchase for a $175 donation, the cost of a mammogram for those who can’t afford one.  A special thanks to Heidenhain for matching every donation in order to ensure more women have the opportunity to receive mammograms.

Proceeds benefited A Silver Lining Foundation and Chicago Wolves Charities.

Thank you to all who supported and participated. We look forward to hosting another great night during the 2015-16 season.
